Bespoke Doors

Our range of bespoke doors is unquestionably focused on the needs of individual customers. Custom doors are specifically produced for refurbishment and modern applications requiring unusual sizes for both necessity and style consideration.  Made to measure doors are required for a variety of situations, for instance:-

• there is a need to replace non-standard sizes while retaining original historic detailing.

• up-grading to FD30 compliant with minimal disruption to the property

• the use of imposing large doors in commercial situations or modern interiors

• requiring small or custom made cupboard or wardrobes to compliment standard doors in a property.

These high quality doors, in a choice of Oak or Clear Pine can be made in 35mm or 45mm thickness or FD30 fire rated (certified to BS EN 1634-1:2000). These are also made in imperial, standard sizes to minimise cost, or produced made to measure allowing for a mix of standard and non-standard doors manufactured together to produce a coherent scheme. In general, a maximum bespoke size of 1000mm (w) X 2200mm(h) is the criteria. The Rail, stiles and Panel dimensions will be proportionally determined in the factory to suit the custom size and fire resistance requirements.
