Edwardian Grand Entrance Set

Creating a Deluxe Grand Entrance to your property is the ultimate aspiration of any homeowner. Recently, the choices in external doors with matching or corresponding sidelights has much improved. Consequently, when refurbishing or building from new an increasing number of property owners and developers choose to create wider openings to take a Grand Entrance Set. The Edwardian Classic Style Grand Entrance Set in Meranti hardwood uses 1 beautiful Edwardian Door with 2 Edwardian Sidelights. These doors have a distinct Edwardian style and are supplied, pre-fitted, with an 2 glazed panels of traditionally styled decorative glass using yellows and blues, encapsulated in lead then encased in a tri-glazed unit. The door has two lower raised and fielded panels, the sidelights have one. The Edwardian Design external Hardwood door is manufactured using a solid laminated timber core to achieve maximum stability then faced in a thick Meranti veneer. These doors are manufactured with 18mm timber edgings allowing the doors to be rebated on site for up to 12mm, general trimming to the complete edge should not exceed 6mm (if necessary please contact our sales team for technical advice).These doors are supplied untreated (shown with a Heritage stain) therefore it is important to follow our Door Finishing guidelines (see tab on the right) before staining or painting these doors.
