Doors fitted with glass panels are always popular. Glazed doors allow plenty of available light into rooms and a door set using glazed doors is often a good solution to maximise light between adjoining rooms. All our glass doors comply with the relevant BS (British Standard). The factory fitted glass is toughened safety glass. If a Certified Fire door is required, we can also supply a range of glazed options to compliment other doors used throughout your property. Look for the flame symbol to indicate such doors. Many of our door styles are available in solid and in glazed versions, allowing versatility of choice to suite a variety of rooms, where optimum light is required. The complementary standard, solid versions are the often the choice for bathrooms, bedrooms and utility areas and any rooms which need privacy.

Additional information on Internal Doors with glass

Our extensive collection of glazed doors range from traditional styles in appropriate timbers such as Pine, Hardwood, Oak and White finish. Some Traditional styles are often available unglazed, which allows customer to choose specific glazing from there local supplier. However, a few styles come with optional glass packs. Alternatively contemporary designs are available in many timber types in styles to compliment modern furnishings and properties.

A number of doors with glass are pre-finished although un-finished options are available, enabling customers to apply there own chosen product to finish their doors. (please refer to section on finishing timber doors) A variety of Glazing is often available within a chosen style, for instance obscure glass to allow light while allowing moderate privacy. Stylish bevelled glass is always a popular choice for glass doors as it allows another dimension to the door and can enhance an interior scheme.
