Exterior Hardwood Single Frame

This single doorframe kit will suit any door up to a width of 36” x 84” high. The kit consists of one head, one sill, and two jambs and is supplied complete with a brown rubber seal strip. The Red Hardwood timber is pre-sanded and will accept a paint or stain finish to match your exterior door or window colour (please use our recommended exterior finishes). Frames are packaged in individual lengths and are not pre-jointed with tenons, that means your joiner can easily glue and screw the components in position to suit your desired door size or structural opening requirement. Sills in this kit can be reversed to suit outward or inward opening doors and rebates on the frame are suitable for a standard 44mm exterior door thickness. Engineered pieces of Red Hardwood timber are used for these frames that will ensure superior stability and restrict the natural movement of the wood.
