Economy Interior Frame Kit

These economy door linings are produced from solid kiln dried Knotty Pine Softwood, and can be painted with an oil or solvent based paint or stain of your choice. Two standard depths are available and it’s also possible to trim the width of these solid frames for situations where un-standard wall depths are present. Frame kits are supplied with a loose door stop that can be pinned and glued in position to suit 20-40mm door thickness. Included in this kit are two up-right legs known as ‘Jambs’ and one single ‘Head’ that can be altered to suit standard door widths up to a maximum of 33”. Please note that if you intend on painting these frames you will need to finish any knots or natural defects with knotting solution prior to applying undercoat.
